SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day (During peak periods such as Black Friday, there may be an additional 1-2 business day for dispatch. However we will try to have the order dispatched within 1 business day if possible).

All orders will be sent using Australia Post

We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. For Parcel Lockers, please include the street address of the Parcel Locker location.

An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Orders are processed the next business day after placing your order. Delivery times may incur delays during holiday periods or extreme weather events.

We advise to use a shipping address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday-Friday. If no one is present at the time of delivery then the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card will be left for you. 

If a parcel is returned to Lili Beauty due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect or insufficient address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the return and redelivery fee of $18. Please kindly contact us at support@lilibeauty.com.au before the parcel has been returned to our warehouse to advise us of your preference here.

For all other returned parcels, an $18 return and restocking charge will be deducted from the order refund. Lili Beauty is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had incorrect or insufficient addresses submitted during the order. Lili Beauty is also not responsible where if a parcel has been lost or stolen unless this occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status 'Delivered' will signify that the order has been successfully received.

Please ensure the address is correct when confirming your order to avoid any inconvenience.

All orders made are final and are sent directly to our warehouse team for processing. Therefore we cannot guarantee any amendments or cancellations of orders once they have placed as they may have already been processed at our warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.
